US Taxes And Customs

Canadian Taxes And Customs

Although K.Jones does not collect sales tax during checkout, please be aware that all orders to Canada may be subject to local taxes and custom duties upon delivery. This would be within the normal sales tax and duty rate for goods within your region. Canadian orders are also subject to handling fees assigned through your local post office, typically $9.95 per order.

European Unions Taxes And Customs

K.Jones does not charge sales tax during checkout, please be aware that all orders to EU may be subject to local taxes upon delivery. This would be within the normal sales tax rate for goods within your region. EU orders are subject to handling fees assigned through your local post office, which may be approximately $10.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Order times vary depending on if it is a made to order item and international shipping timelines, but typically fall within 10-15 business days of your order. You will receive an email notifying you once each package has been shipped, as well as the delivery service and tracking information. Due to potential extenuating situations, including but not limited to international holidays, we advise you to expect your package to sometimes take up to 25 business days to arrive.

Returns:
At all times, K.Jones will honor a no questions asked, 48 hour order cancellation from the time of purchase.

All items purchased may be returned to K.Jones for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged. Should you need to return an item, please contact us at info@bykjones.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours with mailing details for our US offices. Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded within 15 days of our receipt of the product in our US offices.

Product Care:

K.Jones products are typically made from natural, uncoated and untreated materials. To keep them looking beautiful, here are our top tips for care:

•Wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after removing them. The best way to store your jewelry when you are not wearing it is to place it in a sealed plastic bag

•Keep anti-tarnish strips in your jewelry box. These can be used for anywhere between 3 to 6 months before they need to be replaced and ensure that your jewelry is ready to wear at any time.

•Harsh jewelry cleaners may damage semi-precious stones.

•Chlorine and direct sunlight can severely damage sterling silver and semi-precious stones, so please avoid prolonged exposure to both and be sure to store your jewelry out of direct sunlight.

I have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of the products that appear on this site. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Availability

I work very hard to provide you with unique and inspired pieces. All wire wrapping jewelry, large gemstone adjustable rings , hair accessories and hand painted wood jewelry are one of kind and therefore will not be duplicated. Gemstone studs and gemstone wood rings are only available in limited quantities. If you have any questions or concerns about the availability of a product on this site, please feel free to contact me.

Custom Orders
I do accept custom orders. However, any custom order purchase is nonrefundable and can not be exchange. Please contact us at info@bykjones.com for custom orders.
