How long will it take to receive my order
We make all of our pieces by hand in our studio. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. Some pieces, specifically made to order items can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive. If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us at info@bykjones.com. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
US SHIPPING:
We ship via express courier to the US, where your order is then delivered via USPS. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment, but will not provide details until the package enters the USPS system. Please allow up to 5 days from shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. The cost of customs, duties, taxes and returns are the responsibility of the receiver.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

PACKAGING
All of our products are carefully packaged in a 100% recycled jewelry box perfect for storing your jewelry.
RETURN PROCESS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items purchased may be returned to K.Jones for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged.
We encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. In the case an item arrived faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded, less any shipping costs, within 15 days of our receipt of the return items.

The Jewelry
Original one of a kind designs by fusing metals with natural stones. Additionally, we apply experimental techniques such as wire wrapping, hand forging, and metalsmithing to produce authentic creations. Each piece’s color palette often reflects the color schemes found in nature.
Illustrations
K. Jones illustrations are inspired by the simplicity, colors, and shapes found from observing the chic designs in nature, love, and art. The creative process starts by sketching and using a selective color palette from modern fashion. All illustrations are created and digitally painted in Procreate, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop .
